The possibility warping theme is related to the frequent claim by players and reviewers that choice mechanics in games are pointless and/or Fake Longevity, as the player will always wish to see all of the content and will replay with their choices determined to that end.The only way this can be resolved is for the player to stop playing which is why it marks the end of the game. The Cast Showoff: There's an optional scene in Graveyard Shift pub where Elizabeth and Booker do a rendition of "Will the Circle be Unbroken" to show off Courtnee Draper's singing and Troy Baker's background as a guitar player.This retroactive turns the scene into one big Batman Gambit, because the Luteces knew what Elizabeth's reaction would be. Daisy Fitzroy attempting to kill a child, but being killed by Elizabeth before she could was received poorly, so Burial at Sea added an additional scene explaining that she only did it at the behest of the Luteces, and initially refused to for the same reasons her fans claimed she wouldn't, that the child wasn't to blame for his father, Fink's, actions.Karl Hanover himself felt that he didn't do a good job as Fontaine in the sequel (he claimed that unbeknownst to him, he was coming down with a cold during recording, hence why he sounded different), and so pushed himself to properly replicate how he sounded as the character in the first game for Burial at Sea. A few players had complained that Frank Fontaine's voice in Bioshock 2 sounded off in contrast to how he sounded in the first game.Author Phobia: The Motorized Patriot's cracked porcelain visage was reportedly based on a Creepy Doll belonging to Ken Levine's mother.If spoken to, she says she's "not from around here" and that "the possibilities are infinite".
